HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST?

Depending on how you take care of the hair, it can last 2 years+. (HAIRFETISH DOES NOT GUARANTEE the longevity of the hair.)

WHAT KIND OF HAIR DO WE CARRY? 

We only carry PERUVIAN VIRGIN HAIR EXTENSIONS WE DONT USE A GRADING SYSTEM ON PUR HAIR L.

 HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?

A full sew-in weave with Virgin hair, would need 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2 bundles  of hair for lengths 14” to 18” | 3 bundles for lengths 20″ to 24” | 4 or more bundle for 26” and longer. Each bundle weighs 3. 5 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”

CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?

This is 100% virgin hair that has not been processed. You can color the hair, however once Virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.

MAINTENANCES  INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TEXTURES:

Shampoo at least once a week
Use a shampoo no higher than pH7
Do NOT massage
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp
Rinse thoroughly
Let air dry

 

DAILY MAINTENANCE:

Use styling products minimally to avoid build up
For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look
For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
Dampen hair with a water bottle
Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp
Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls
Air Dry

At HAIRFETISH we are committed to providing you the best premium Virgin Hair. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we strive to have the best customer service experience.  

NO REFUNDS.

NO EXCHANGES.

NO CANCELLATIONS.

HAIRFETISH do not cancel orders under any circumstance. You must ensure you are placing the order you absolutely need or you will have to wait until the initial order is delivered and returned to initiate the refund process. Our team immediately begins working on and processing your order the minute it comes in, so we simply cannot accommodate ANY cancellation requests.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package:

Hairfetish gives you the option at checkout to cover any lost/stolen/damaged products with ROUTE insurance. If you do not choose the Route Insurance option, Hairfetish is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SELECT THE ROUTE INSURANCE OPTION IN CASE OF ANY CARRIER ISSUES or Issues with your products.

HairFetish is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We offer ROUTE insurance at checkout, that covers lost/stolen/damaged products.  If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, your items is lost or damage please contact Route to file a lost/stolen/damaged to file a claim, if you did not chose the ROUTE insurance option at the checkout, you as a buyer assume total responsibility.

IF YOU DECIDE TO DISPUTE ANY ORDER YOU’VE PLACE WITH US THROUGH YOUR BANK AND COMMIT BANK FRAUD AFTER WE HAVE CONFIRMED OR SHIPPED YOUR ORDER, WE WILL PRESS CHARGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. THIS IS BANK FRAUD AND WE PAY HEFTY LEGAL FEES TO ENSURE ALL SCAMMERS PAY FOR THEIR CRIMES.


IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO RE-SELL USED HAIR, SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE LEFT THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THAT LOOK WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.

WE’RE AN ONLINE STORE, BASED IN NEW ORLEANS. WE SHIP OUT EVERYDAY BUT SUNDAYS. WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED, WE IMMEDIATELY START WORKING ON YOUR ORDER. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PICK UP OPTIONS AT THIS TIME. USPS (priority Mail) is our shipping service, which is a 2 day service but sometimes it may take longer if USPS is experiencing delays that is not under our control.
